Fersfield
Fersfield is on Map 3d, and is shown on the map. Fersfield is shown as Fersfield Estate in some directories and then several wings and lodges are separately identified. Fersfield is shown as part of Perrymead in the 1940 directory, though as the map shows it has its own access road.
The City Engineer's report shows Fersfield as a Lyncombe Vale address. It was likely that the Lyncombe Vale area was meant, and not the road of that name. As the map shows, it is clearly off Perrymead.
